You retain full ownership and control of all the data you input into the app. We do not have access to or store any of your content.

1. Overview

Talent Pool is a recruitment management app designed to help HR teams and companies track, evaluate, and manage candidates from one centralized dashboard. It supports candidate tagging, performance tracking, and interview history — making it easy to make informed hiring decisions.

2. Getting Started
  1. Install the App via Zoho Creator or Zoho Marketplace

  2. Open the Dashboard to get an overview of active and past candidates

  3. Use the Add Candidate form to begin tracking interviews

3. Adding a New Candidate
  • Go to Candidates > Add New

  • Fill in:

    • Name, Email, Contact Info

    • Skills (tags)

    • Resume upload (optional)

    • Role applied for

  • Save to automatically track their status across rounds

4. Managing Interviews
  • Schedule interview rounds

  • Add notes per round (e.g., “Technical,” “HR,” etc.)

  • Score candidates on each round based on custom metrics

  • View a full performance timeline in the candidate profile
